This study aims to improve learning Outcomes Natural Science using image media-assisted group work in State Elementary School 16 North Matan Hilir. The research method used is descriptive method with the research form the classact of research (PTK). The subject teachers and 20 students of class V students on 13 and daughter 7 students. Class Action Research (PTK) is done in 2 cycles of action with each cycle consisting of the stages: planning, implementation, observation stage and phase of reflection. Results of this research generally indicates that there is an increase in the learning plan of cycle 1 and cycle 2 by an average of 3.55 into 3.81. Learning implementation of cycle 1 and cycle 2 increased by an averageof 3.81to 3.93.
